Private chauffeur tour from Cape TownAddo Elephant Park
Addo Elephant National Park is near Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), about 750 km from Cape Town. It is home to more than 600 elephants, along with lions, buffalo, rhinos and zebra, and the waterholes are often busy with breeding herds. It is a long drive, so we plan it as part of a longer trip along the Garden Route with nights away.
The park was created in 1931 to protect the last 11 elephants left in the area. Today it is the third-largest national park in South Africa.
